The ideal temperature to grow most seeds is approximately 25+ degrees; give or take 1-2 degrees either way. You will notice for some seeds that it is recommended to use alternating day (hotter), night (cooler), temperatures, which is fine if one can provide such conditions. But most farmers are unable to provide those temperatures in a farm setting, so use the overall 25 + degree recommendation, and the seeds should grow well.
